Reservation Policies
- 2 night minimum for all weekend reservations mid-June through mid-August.
- Certain Holiday and festival weekends have a 3 night minimum. Call for additional information.
- Changes or cancellations must be made by 48 hours prior to arrival (12pm/noon 2 days before scheduled arrival date) or you will be charged for the whole stay.
- A non-refundable 15% reservation deposit is required to secure all reservations
- A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions (does not apply to reservation deposit).
- ALL CHECK INS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 9PM EASTERN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you are unable to check in by 9pm on the scheduled day of arrival, you may check in the next morning after 10am.
