Reservation Deposits
A 15% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment of Balance
Your total stay, minus your deposit, is due at the time of check in. A 3% convenience fee will be added to the total for all credit and debit card payments made at check in. You may avoid this fee by paying by cash or check. There is no fee assessed to deposits made at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable. A reservation must be modified (i.e. shortened) or cancelled by noon Eastern two days before scheduled arrival.
- Example: for a three night reservation scheduled to begin on a Friday, the guest would have until noon Eastern on the Wednesday two days before the reservation, to either cancel the reservation or modify it in anyway including shortening the total number of nights. Any attempts to modify or cancel after this time frame will be charged the full amount of the reservation to the card on file.
Check In and Out Times
Rooms may begin check in at 3pm
All check ins must be completed by 9pm Eastern. No exceptions!
If you are unable to check in by 9pm on the scheduled day of arrival, you may check in the next morning after 10am.
Check out is 11am.

Tent Camping
There are absolutely no tents allowed anywhere in the park.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is 10:30PM - 8am and is actively enforced. There is no curfew. Profanity and vulgarity are not allowed at any time. So that all may have an enjoyable time, please respect our park and your neighbors.
Pets
There are absolutely no pets allowed in the motel rooms. We do not make exceptions to this policy. Service Animals are allowed but management must be notified in advance and when making your reservation, please be prepared to answer the following questions: 1) Is this animal needed because of a disability? 2) What work or tasks has the animal been trained to do? Please be advised that species other than dogs, wild or domestic, trained or untrained are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Campers are allowed to bring pets. Up to 2 dogs are allowed per RV site. Your pet must be able to camp around other pets and people without becoming aggressive or a noise nuisance. Management must be notified of the animal's presence and a pet policy must be signed at the time of check in. Indoor animals are allowed so long as they do not become a noise nuisance.

Drugs and Alcohol
Alcohol is allowed on premise in non-breakable containers.
No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed anywhere on Jensen's, including inside of personal vehicles, RV's and motel rooms. This includes medical and recreational marijuana. We do not allow marijuana of any kind on property. If drugs are found in your possession, you will be immediately asked to leave Jensen's without a refund.

Campfires and Firewood
All RV sites come equipped with either a shared or private fire ring. Campfires are allowed only in the provided fire rings. No portable fire rings are allowed. All campfires must be supervised by an adult at least 18 years of age and must be fully extinguished at the end of the night.

Micro-Mobility Vehicles (MMV's)
examples: Golf Carts, Motorcycles, and UTV's
MMV’s are allowed within the park but be driven the same as other vehicles, on the designated roadway by a licensed driver; MMV’s are not for joyriding in the park. Please refer to local authorities as to the legality of driving MMV’s in the public roadway outside of Jensen’s.
